Every Saturday evening, Jehangir Wellness Centre, invites you to explore a variety of art therapies in a supportive and enriching environment. These sessions provide a welcome respite from the demands of daily life, allowing you to reconnect with your creative spirit and discover new avenues for self-expression.
Engaging consciously in the Arts can have a very therapeutic effect on your mind and spirit. It becomes a complementing treatment for a more holistic process.
The Jehangir Wellness Centre is happy to offer Art, Music, Clay, Dance Movement, Floral Arrangement and Journaling Therapies every Saturday, from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
